Book a Free 30-Minute Call

No pitch deck, no obligation, no junior associate. Thirty minutes with the person who would actually do the work.

How the first call works

Quick Answer

The first Adlius call is a free 30-minute conversation with Managing Partner Alex D’Alton. You describe the growth problem; Adlius tells you honestly whether the Insight-2-Action methodology fits it. If it does, you receive a draft Statement of Work including the Zero-Risk Partnership Promise. If it does not, you leave with a straight answer and a recommendation.

What Happens Next

  1. You send the form. Eight fields, then you are redirected to the calendar to pick a time that suits you.
  2. Minutes 0 to 10 of the call: you talk, we listen. Bring the symptom you have been circling.
  3. Minutes 10 to 25: we ask the questions a customer interview would ask. You will feel the methodology working on you.
  4. Minutes 25 to 30: a straight answer. Fit, not a fit, or “start with the free guide and call us in six months.”
  5. If it is a fit, a draft Statement of Work follows with scope, deliverables, fee model and the Zero-Risk Partnership Promise, in writing, before anyone commits.

Questions Before You Book

It is free and it is a diagnostic. Adlius uses the 30 minutes to work out whether the Insight-2-Action methodology fits your situation. Roughly as often as not the honest answer is “not yet”, in which case you get a recommendation and the free guide, not a follow-up sequence.

Alex D’Alton, Managing Partner and founder of Adlius. He leads every Adlius engagement personally; there is no sales team to route you through.

The symptom you have been circling: stalled referrals, a quiet pipeline behind a full delivery calendar, membership that will not grow. Numbers help but are not required. No brief, no deck.

Yes. Adlius is based in Waterloo, Ontario and works with Canadian service businesses and not-for-profits across the country, remotely and on site.
